Ontario prescribes 144 trades, makes 23 of them compulsory, attaches a certifying exam to 83 and an apprentice to journeyperson ratio to 33. This registry publishes one verified record per trade: what the law classifies it as, how the certification works, and where the official sources are. Every classification fact is read directly from O. Reg. 876/21, never from a summary.
